Hi, thanks for joining us at My Winning Kids. Kids are filled with enormous potential. Who knows what your child will grow up and accomplish?
We believe that ENGAGED PARENTS can change the trajectory of a child’s life. We also believe that kids need strong teachers, coaches, and mentors in their life.
We serve communities to encourage parents, teachers, and other leaders so that kids are better prepared to win in life. We offer quick easy ideas, resources, and connections.
Our team consists of educators and leaders that have worked with children, teenagers, and families in schools, churches, and non-profit organizations. We are passionate about helping kids win!
How we got started:
My Winning Kids was established in 2011 as a resource to help parents take small consistent steps to help their kids win when it matters most.
Over the past few years, working directly with schools, we have seen the need to establish a greater source to help parents make progress. Included in our passion to help kids win is a desire to encourage and create resources to help those who work with children (teachers, coaches, mentors) continue to press on in their work.
Parents need these influences to help position their kids to win in life.
Rich is the founder and Executive Director for My Winning Kids.
Rich has worked with children, teenagers, and parents in schools, churches, and non-profit organizations for over 20 years.
Note from Rich...
Let me take a quick moment to introduce myself. As a leader for over 20 years, I know that influence is powerful. Especially, when you have a position that people lean on, such as teachers and parents.
I want to help people leverage their influence and unleash their potential. My Winning Kids is all about helping parents engage with ideas, resources, and connections. And when parents consistently engage their kids it changes the effect of the teachers in their lives.
As a matter of fact, when a parent consistently engages their kids it changes EVERYTHING!
We don't have a magic sauce, but do want to keep easy simple ideas in front of parents. Even if we only spark a parents mind with their own ideas, we believe we are successful.
So here's to small consistent steps!
